About

Over 40 Years of Expertise

Our History

Since 1987, Composites VCI has evolved with passion and commitment in the field of composite materials. Located in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Quebec, the company was built on solid values of technical excellence and innovation.

Over the past 25 years, under the leadership of Serge Le Goff, Sylvain Rivard, and with the support of Desjardins Capital, the company has experienced remarkable growth, becoming a key player in the manufacturing of high-value-added composite parts.

In 2025, a new chapter begins with the passing of the torch to a new generation of leaders: Marie-Hélène Le Goff, Sonia Le Goff, and Charles Beaulne. This transition ensures the continuity of our vision while bringing a fresh perspective on the future.

The majority of our shareholders are now women, a significant step toward greater equity and diversity in our industry.

Committed to Our Community and Partners

Community Involvement and Recognition
Composites VCI believes that a company's success is also measured by its commitment to the community. That is why we actively support causes close to our hearts, including the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation, in collaboration with our partner Vortex Aquatic Structures International, and the Centraide Greater Montreal campaign, alongside CAE. We also support the ÉNA Foundation of Cégep Édouard-Montpetit, contributing to the training of the next generation in our field.

Our commitment is also recognized by our peers. Composites VCI is ranked among the 300 most important SMEs in Quebec according to the Les Affaires newspaper ranking, and we are proud recipients of the CAE 2025 Crystal Excellence Award for Sustainable Supply Chain. These recognitions reflect our constant drive to combine technical excellence, social responsibility, and eco-responsible practices.
