RSB (Reusable Silicone Bag Molding)
Closed-mold process using a reusable silicone membrane to compact the fiber during resin injection. This method offers an attractive production rate while maintaining an excellent environmental footprint thanks to the reuse of the membrane.

Gelcoat Application
Liquid gelcoat is sprayed into the mold
Fiber Layer Placement
Fiber layers are placed in the mold
Placement of the Reusable Membrane
The reusable membrane is installed to compact the fibers and create the sealed cavity required for resin injection
Resin Injection
Resin is injected into the fiber layers to create the part
Resin Curing
A chemical reaction converts the resin from a liquid to a solid state
Part Demolding and Membrane Removal
The finished part is removed from the mold and the silicone membrane is taken off and prepared for reuse
